How much space do we need?

Enough for each athlete to roll out a mat.
We can practice indoors, in a gym, on a field, or anywhere with open space. Not sure if your location works? Let’s talk—we’re flexible (literally).

What do I need to bring?

  • A yoga mat (we offer rentals if needed)

  • Water

  • Athletic clothes you can move in

  • A towel if you’d like

How do I book?

Hit “Book a Session” and lock in your time in under a minute. Easy.

How do I pay?

Venmo, PayPal, or cash at the end of your session.
Team invoices available for larger groups or multi-session plans.

Stretch Season is a mobility and yoga training program built specifically for high school athletes. We combine strength-based flexibility, breathwork, and functional mobility into smart, seasonally aligned sessions that support injury prevention, mental clarity, and peak performance.

Founded by Austin native and longtime movement instructor, Remington Pierce, Stretch Season is grounded in the belief that becoming a well-rounded athlete means training more than just speed or power. With deep roots in Texas athletics and a career in business and coaching, Remington created Stretch Season to give back to the community that shaped her.

Whether it’s preseason prep or postseason recovery, our programs meet athletes where they are—and help them stretch into who they’re becoming.
